Children’s Services at the City of Toronto is currently developing its Service Plan for the next five years (2020-2024).  This important plan guides the planning and delivery of early learning and child care services for children and families.

It's important that the Service Plan meet the needs and preferences of Toronto's diverse children and families. To do so, the City needs to understand what are Torontonians' needs and preferences.

Consultations are planned and managed by Gladki Planning Associates on behalf of the City of Toronto.

The ADULT survey is available in English, French, Arabic and Simplified Chinese.
